Art empowers children with essential skills to achieve success in school and in their future endeavors. Artistic expression strengthens right brain development and creative problem solving. Achieving a balance in the left and right sides of the brain, only better prepares students for an ever changing technical world. Tuesdays: Art Lessons Ages 6-10 4-5:30pm I offer your child an enriching Art experience with weekly instruction in Fine Arts, covering all mediums,techniques, and artists styles from the old masters to modern and contemporary artists. Each class is carefully tailored to be child friendly, age appropriate, and fun, featuring a well known artist or style, strengthening individual skills, and enhancing the creative process. Mondays orThursdays Teen Independent Study/ Painting /Drawing Ages 10 PLUS 4-6pm Students will work in their choice of medium Basic drawing skills and the fundamentals of the elements of art (line, shape, color, value, and texture) are components of all classes. A prepaid monthly commitment is required to reserve a space for that month. You may join at any time. No makeup days or refunds are given .A $15 seasonal supply fee is required for all classes.(Sept,Jan,March) |
